    With the 2020 Clash World Championship season underway, don't forget you have two methods of reaching the monthly Qualifiers in Katowice, Poland.

    The first is by being one of the top ranked Clans in the Champions 1 League during the Clan War League season.

    The second is by competing in the ESL Play Pre-Qualifier tournament that are held online every month. Each pf these 5v5 Clan Wars are single-elimination, where the top 4 Clans will earn a place at the ESL Qualifiers in Poland.

    With so many opportunities to make it on stage, it's time to gather up your Clan, declare WAR on your opponents, and battle for the $1,000,000 prize pool!

    The sign ups for the February ESL Play Qualifiers close this Saturday, February 8th!

    A very respected, honorable, and honest member of the clan tried to help a friend get his account reactivated after losing the device it was on. Boom! Permanent ban. Whatever steps he did didn't take the path SuperCell wanted and now a coleader that would have been the next leader of the clan of 50 TH12+ members is now gone. That woud be fine, if he could just contact SuperCell, explain what happened, answer whatever security questions needed and have his friend respond to an email or something to verify he was who he is.

    No. Not only no, but screw you no is pretty much the SuperCell response.

    There's no tech support, despite SuperCell making like $5 million per employee. There is no appeal process. There is no way to get anything other than a strict and final screw you message from the company.

    I get that kids play this game and try to get away with things and everywhere in life, some people will try to circumvent the system, but something...absolutely anything needs to be implemented to appeal a ban and get your account back, especially when that account has never been reported for anything and they have been a loyal, paying SuperCell customer.
