    Hi all, we currently run a clan family of 4 clans - 3 for Th13 CWL and 1 for our feeder. Last night, at approx 2am BST we had our owners account compromised and passed on the leadership onto the hacker/exploiter's accounts and have since taken control of the main clan.

    In this time we have had the leader's account locked after he had to BEG - yes, you read that right, BEG - supercell's poor support system to lock his account as that's the one that was accessed.

    Following this, we tried to have dialogue with the exploiters and they weren't having anything to do with it until they contacted the leader this morning. I will post the screenshots below. This is an issue that's been going round for ages and they're using the fire fighting fire mentality. Terribly messed up mentality.

    I am writing this to highlight multiple issues that have arose within the last 10 hours.

    Point 1 - There have been exploits within the system which has led to us to lose both Ownership of our clan and a players maxed th13 account - years and years of hard work gone due to incompetence and being fobbed off to bots and not real people to deal with the situation. I wholeheartedly understand that at 2am you guy's cannot have people round the clock but for a worldwide game we need some solution and fast. I've sent a total of 6 individual messages to support in-game and been given the exact same 2 automated replies. I also emailed and have been told to wait?

    We are aiming to highlight that the support system for clan recovery is unsatisfactory as we have heard lots of other clans being told they cannot regain control as it is "outwith" what supercell can do. That's a joke. You know yourself you can fix it.

    We also want the supercell ID system to be looked into. Currently we've got 1 account compromised via a flaw in YOUR system as well as the player having to BEG your support staff to lock it.

    We did screenshot every bit of interaction with sc as well as the people who took over our clan. All the evidence is on our discord server and can be shared with a mod if needed, Link to our discord server: https://discord.gg/89mnuCN

    I lastly do apologise if this comes across as an attack on supercell and their employees but we, as the hardcore players that pump money into this game to keep it F2P and dedicate hours on hours per day deserve answers. We are gutted and shocked that this has happened to us. We, in our own eyes are right to be frustrated as we have had absolutely no help so far.

    As the game says, its clash of CLANS, we're getting members kicked and removed - you, as well as us, are losing what makes this game so special, the clan.

    PS - I have referred to this player as an exploiter as it seems that was what had happened. I don't know fully but its clear to see something has gone wrong somewhere
