Did this because I was curious about the value of the season pass, may be a little late but better than never.

This guide was based and made from information available in previous guides.

First and foremost, for magic items. Prices were obtained from the wiki:

Hero Potion x1 = 300 gems
Power Potion x1 = 300 gems
Training Potion x1 = 25 gems
Resource Potion x1 = 115 gems
Builder Potion x2 = 570 gems
Shovel of Obstacles x1 = 500 gems
Book of Fighting x1 = 925 gems
Book of Spells x1 = 925 gems
Book of Building x1 = 925 gems
Gold Rune x1 = 1500 gems
Elixir Rune x1 = 1500 gems
Builder Gold Rune x1 = 1500 gems
Builder Elixir Rune x1 = 1500 gems
Wall Rings x12 = 1200 gems

Total = 11,785 gems

This is 265 gems less than previous season, which had a total worth of 12,050 gems in magic items.

Using last months calculations (credits to u/YaramyGD, and all previous creators, guide is linked in the beginning), the worth of 1 gem donations is approximately 2,333 gems, assuming you donate 4000 troops using this feature, the time boost is 3,653 gems, making a number of assumptions, like having 4 builders busy all the time (benefit is larger if more builders are kept busy all the time), and the season bank loot is worth 16,866 gems.

This means that the worth of the gold pass is 34,637 gems. In money, this is the same as buying two $100 packs, one $50 pack, and two $1 packs. This gives the gold pass a value of $252.

If one were to sell all the magic items, the gems gained would be:

Hero Potion x1 = 10 gems
Power Potion x1 = 10 gems
Training Potion x1 = 10 gems
Resource Potion x1 = 10 gems
Builder Potion x2 = 20 gems
Shovel of Obstacles x1 = 50 gems
Book of Fighting x1 = 50 gems
Book of Spells x1 = 50 gems
Book of Building x1 = 50 gems
Gold Rune x1 = 50 gems
Elixir Rune x1 = 50 gems
Builder Gold Rune x1 = 50 gems
Builder Elixir Rune x1 = 50 gems
Wall Rings x12 = 60 gems

Which equals to 520 gems, which is 20 more gems than you get for the standard $5 pass.

I used to play coc with my friends, as soon as I came home from school, I once joined a clan with 10 members and the leader was a titan player, he asked me to bring more members and he'll promote me to co-leader, I brought all my friends and there were 25 members then, so he made me co leader, we became good friends and I came to know he was in college, we played day and night, won several wars together, lost some too, and build up a great level 6 clan, almost 1 year passed and one day I saw that I was promoted to leader, and in clan chat it was wrote that "I feel lonely in this game, all my friends have left it, so I'm leaving and I hope that you continue this clan", I was left in tears and a few weeks later I left it too because of studies, I opened the game yesterday and found out that I was in the same clan with all my friends but everyone was unranked, I felt like it was a graveyard and I felt how that guy must have felt when he left the clan
