    Hey, y'all. I'm not sure where to turn with this one. Unfortunately, this sub seems to be my only hope with this one. I have endlessly tried getting help from support, but all I can get is a robot, so I guess I am hoping that an employee will see this post and help me out. My near-max th13 account was infiltrated a few days ago via a lost device. The person got me kicked off of supercell ID. Thus, I proved to support that I was, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the sole, legitimate owner and I eventually managed to remove the malicious player and regain full control of my account. I was given a fresh SCID and was finally able to play on my account again. I was overjoyed. The next morning, I woke up to a permanent ban for account sharing. This really blew my mind, considering I had spent 3 days with support proving it was my account and it had been stolen via a lost device. I had nearly 20 skins, countless dollars, and years of work on this account, all taken for no reason. I am disappointed by the inability to reach a human support agent at SC at this time. I understand the new update put a lot on their plate, but this is just extremely disheartening to see from such a successful and popular company. Anyways, thank you for reading. I would immensely appreciate any responses from SC employees who are willing to look into this matter for me.
