Follow up on my previous post. TH11 attacked our TH8 and still didn't 3 star
I have played for around 1,5 months is there anything im doing wrong?
Ring of trees Been playing clash from the beginning finally getting the trees to go all the way around my base satisfying :)

So I was speaking with a couple players and they said that they'll not go passed lvl 8 walls because it gets way to expensive to upgrade but I was thinking that walls have become so cheap to upgrade as a whole. That got me thinking back to OG clash as a whole and I just wanted to take that trip with you again.

I remember the days when grinded for gold and it costed like 500k for one lvl 8 wall, before there was even magical items and back when upgrading walls with elixir was fan rumors.

Back when xMod's was still insanely big and people used to destroy your war base with ease. In the times when Super Troops weren't spoken about and the strongest defense was an inferno tower. Taking it back to when clans didn't have perks for their level. I'm talking about when getting 400 dark elixir was a good attack and lightning spell on a storage was the meta.

I'm talking about Global chat days when you first saw a crystal of above player and you'd spam their inbox with requests promising them Elder or Co. Back when you couldn't have 3 bases and links never existed, you either followed a video or hoped to have copied a picture correctly.

When searching for a base cracked your whole shield and miss-clicking "next" dropped a troop instead of telling you to select a troop. I'm talking about sitting up till 3 in the morning so that your builder who'd be free in 2 hours could be put down again.

I'm talking about an attack not allowing you to watch live and you used to sit in the war map for 3 minutes seeing the stars go to your clans stars. Back when you couldn't pick if you wanted to be in wars or not.

Those times when people actually got angry at each others for messing up an attack and the leader actually had to show why they were the leader by calming everybody down. When getting promoted made you feel happy inside and you actually felt important to the clan and that you could make proper decisions for the clan and discussions actually happened in a clan.

I'm talking to the people who remember that.
