    This is your opportunity to post a link to your latest video, twitch, or provide us with some in depth knowledge bombs through your desired A/V medium. We want to encourage the work you guys put in to make this community smarter! If you know a creator that you would like to see promoted, link to them here!

    First things first, forgive my punctuation. Not all elders and co- leaders have the same responsibility. At least certain titles can be shared. Titles such as war strategist, clan wizard (hahaha) can be introduced. More importantly, war players can be given a specific mark.

    Alternative- Certain players that put in consistent effort in a clan for years can be given badges. This can be made in a fun way like labeling a player as tank or sniper or assassin. this brings more encouragement in clan participation. I think this is the most important part of my random message. The leader or co-leaders should be able to give fun badges for participation just like boys scout)

    New players can also have their names highlighted in clan chat or vice versa, old players (a player that has been in the clan for a year gets a red highlight, 2 year clan member - blue highlight, etc) gets highlighted instead.

    I just typed this now because I promoted a new player to elder but I realized the other elders, although also new, have contributed a lot more.
