Basically, I made a new account to talk to support on as I didn't want to risk getting my main account banned with the horror stories here

I got an agent named Michael. I simply asked a question to him, he was a bit rude and the experience wasn't pleasant. I gave him a 1 star rating.

I then opened another conversation to see if I could speak to someone else. Lo and behold I got Michael again. He spams me, first by saying I'm still here, how can I help you. Then he said thanks for the 1 star. Then he said so? Then he said "if you do not answer, I will close the conversation and you will not be able to contact us for a long time"

I was like wtf, is this how agents act? I said what is wrong with you. He said good evening, closed the conversation, and my new account got a 31 day SHARING ban when I've only just made it today on one device. So he abused his power and falsely banned a new account. Thankfully there was 0 money and little time put into it.
