    [MISC] Theory: why the battle machine paths to the crusher!

    So guys, I came up with this theory one day all of a sudden. We've all been there when our battle machine suddenly decides to make a beeline for the crusher out of nowhere while ignoring everything else around it. Upon a little inspection, I may have put together some clues that give us some hints as to the master builder's back story.

    1. When we first arrive at the builder base, the builder hall is crumbling. Now, for someone who's supposedly a master builder, surely he shouldn't have any issues maintaining and restoring the builder hall when it crumbles but he doesn't. It's almost like he neglected his home and was satisfied to let it crumble and the weeds grow around his house...

    2. When we arrive, there is no one else around. We can assume that the villagers that roam the builder base most probably came with us from the home village. So who knows how long the master builder has been there all alone...

    3. The master builder's eyes always look like he's drowsy or constantly drained and lethargic. Notice he doesn't have the same enthusiastic grin as the normal builders.

    So looking at these points together, I am forced to come to the following conclusion: The Master Builder is in depression and is most probably suicidal.

    The absolute neglect of his surroundings and the lethargy could be symptoms of depression because the weight of his thoughts leaves him with little energy to repair the builder hall. Furthermore, the fact that he has been here in isolation for so long could also be a contributor to his depression.

    This would explain why the Master Builder keeps going to the crusher: he wants to end it all but wants to go out in the heat of battle so that no one suspects that he was in fact trying to end it all, so that he would be remembered as a great builder, engineer and architect and not as a man who succumbed to his demons.

    But that's just a theory...
