[idea]QOL que one building and lab

With the gold pass we should be able to que one building and lab upgrade. I only say this because we can get some middle of the night finishes with the 20% reduction. My warden will finish at 3 in the morning. Being able to que would be a great help. It could cost 10 gems or something. I have to use gems to finish it anyways.
