    Anyways, I had a conversation with support. It was about as helpful as some of you have said. Here are the screenshots if you want to see what happened, because I'm my opinion this is about as bad as a response can be. Did I do something wrong when submitting to support? I fear that using more than 1 message doesn't send them all to support, which left the person replying a little confused and only seeing my last message. Anyways, I'm not giving up on my account and am going to contact support on my iPad now, and wait for a reply tomorrow.

    Again, thanks to all you giving me advice. I've had some people tell me to not talk about the VPN, but the only way I see time getting my account back is 100% honesty about everything I've done with my account. My defense is that when I was 13, I wasn't nearly experienced to know that playing with a VPN was unacceptable, and I ask for forgiveness from Supercell and it won't happen again.

    I'll keep you all updated on how it goes :)

    Edit: for those of you wondering, SC replied along the lines of "this isn't a supercell issue, we won't reply to you for a while because of this". That's one of the main reasons I'm frustrated, among many others of course.
