    Hello Reddit Clashers! It's time for an Open Recruitment Thread. All clans, RCS or not are welcome to recruit within this post. This is the only place recruiting is allowed on this subreddit. Just a reminder though, you are welcome to recruit at any time at r/ClashofClansRecruit (max one post per clan per week). You can also view all Verified Reddit Clans on this page. Additional tips on recruiting can be found here. There's also a recruiting channel in our partnered discord!

    Format should be as follows:

    [IDEAS] Perhaps add a backround behind the hero skin. There is something that feels wrong with the gray background, and IT makes the skin look dark and gloomy instead of the fantasy theme og clash of clans.

    [RANT] The new update sucks. Sorry, but everyone has their own opinion and I have mine. I am just here to vent.

    Many of you maybe wondering why they removed the global chat and I know alot of you do, and yes its a tedious cliché topic right now, I am aware of that.

    I understand that they removed it on good reasonable grounds, however the update seriously disappointed alot of people.

    Now don't get me wrong; Clash of Clans updates overtime with modern times and improvements need to be made. I however disagree with the new update, but it's too early to judge. I do enjoy some of the new features such as...

    The new flashy profile view and I guess... That's about it, really.

    You certainly cannot start a new clan on your own with the new recruitment system, that's the reality. Only if you have many friends who play the game with you, but for a sole player it's really not possible unless you put work into it...

    Much more work, in fact... Many people can agree that with the global chat you had the ability to communicate with other players, invite them to your clan and so on.

    The sad truth is... SuperCell made searching for members harder (and if some of you are disagreeing with me, I respect that but this is my opinion and its from what I have seen)

    SuperCell has to stop thinking about what's "good for the game" and start focusing on "what's good for the players", and obviously they haven't listened to their players.

    Everyone can agree that once they announced global was being removed, a huge percentage of players disliked the prospect.

    However, they were hoping for an improved recruitment tool, sadly their expections were not met and so was mine.

    They need to add a system so players outside of the clan can communicate to clanless members, or reach out to them (duh, that's what global was for, right?). Or maybe do what they did in Clash Royale, take the same model they use when communicating with your opponent, (you know when you click "Good luck!" and "Good game!")

    The Recruitment section should BE LIKE THAT.

    A channel where players can click on a "quick message" to ask for what type of clan they need.

    Such as "Seeking a donations clan" but, they can do customise their message. I create this, please read.

    Custom message for looking for a clan.

    [I would like to join a] [Donations] [Town Hall 7] [Clan] [Base building] [Competive] [Social]

    And so on, you get my dift? Allow the player to be seen looking for a clan but give then the ability to speak out.

    And clan recruitment custom message can be.

    [Recruiting] [Town Hall 5] [Town Hall 6] [Freqent War Clan] [Weekly War Clan] and many more recruitment quick message options to put together, maybe 6 or 10 max.

    This way recruiters can find the right members and players can find the right Clans if they see them tags, because they are THERE interacting in the clan search/recruitment channel.

    Even after I've done my 2 raids, done any necessary upgrades and such, and even bb raids and upgrades. I find myself staring at my base for upwards of 20 minutes. Please someone say I'm not the only one who finds themselves doing this

    [ideas] How would you feel about the mini pekka as a seasonal troop

    Obviously the mini pekka is from clash royale but I feel it would fit nicely in coc.

    With some tweaks I think it could work as a high damaging tank for the housing space used.

    I think 10 housing space would be perfect. This way it could be used by lower town halls in the cc.

    I feel that is the biggest advantage of the mini pekka would be the fact that low town halls could have it in the cc. As we all know the pekka is one of the most iconic troops in coc and lower town halls always seem to want to use them and with the mini pekka they kind of can.

    It would also bring a new almost fresh feeling to attacking for everyone. I really like the idea but what does everyone else think?

    I'm also struggling to think what season it could fit in but I don't think it matters. I feel it feels best in halloween. What do you think?
